Income estimate requests (Facebook and Instagram ads)

This section extends the notice above and covers specifically the data you give us when completing our estimate request form on Facebook or Instagram.

What we collect. Full name, email address and telephone number. About the property: full address, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, tourist licence (VUT) and authorised capacity, sea views, pool, barbecue, jacuzzi, and any comments you add. Plus the form and ad identifiers through which you contacted us.

About the address. An address identifies a specific property and, indirectly, its owner. We use it solely to find comparable listings in your immediate area and prepare your estimate. We do not publish it, add it to any list, or share it with anyone outside the recipients below. We do not collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR).

Purpose and legal basis. Preparing and sending the estimate you requested, and contacting you by phone, WhatsApp or email, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). Sending you marketing unrelated to your request, under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, with your consent, which is optional and may be withdrawn at any time: you receive your estimate either way. And meeting our legal, accounting and tax obligations, under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Retention. If we do not end up working together, 24 months from last contact. If you consented to marketing, until you withdraw consent. If we become client and provider, for the contract term and the statutory limitation periods after it. On Meta’s platform, Meta deletes leads after 90 days; we download them to our own systems before then.

Recipients and international transfers. We do not sell your data. It is accessed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (which hosts the form), WhatsApp Ireland Limited if you use that channel, our email provider and the internal tools we use to manage incoming enquiries, acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, our accountants, and public authorities where legally required.
